Custom Roll Forming Machines

Comet Roll & Machine Co. provides full turnkey custom roll forming machine building services, capable of producing parts like angles, bushings, channels, moldings, and profiled shapes, and delivered to your facility ready to use. We produce machines capable of accepting up to 48" rolls, with a gauge range of 0.005" up to 0.057" thick. These machines provide up to 40 tons of rolling pressure, with a spindle diameter of 36 in., producing fully enclosed or lock formed profiles.

For high quality production, these machines produce parts to a cross section tolerance of +/- 0.015 in. and an angular dimension tolerance of +/- 1-2°. Straightness per foot is 0.010" and twist per foot is 1-2°. Our custom roll forming machines can carry out other fabrication methods including CNC, edge rolling, roll bending, and start-stop control. We serve customers in all industries from heavy equipment, construction, automotive, and aerospace to architectural, agricultural, petrochemical and consumer goods.
